Here is the recipe for making an excellent ice cream on a stick at home. A fresh and healthy snack but also a refreshing and digestive dessert after a dinner or a lunch with friends in a different way.

Almond Milk, Cream and Liquorice, with a final surprise: the Liquorice Root instead of the wooden stick!

- 2 dl of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 dl of vegetable cream
- 70g of cane sugar
- 4 Amarelli Liquorice Roots
- Liquorice powder: 2 tablespoons
Blend the almond milk with the liquorice powder and the sugar in a blender until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Filter the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps.
Add the cream, stir and pour the mixture into the ice lolly molds.
Place the stick in the center and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Turn out the ice cream and serve.
