Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Amarelli Licorice Powder
- grated zest of 1 organic orange
- 150 grams of dark chocolate, I used 80% dark chocolate
- 120 gr of butter
- 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks
- 65 grams of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour for cakes
- a few tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- melted butter to grease the cups
- 6/7 cups
Preparation
- Break up the dark chocolate (possibly 80%)
- Place the chocolate in a bowl with the butter and melt in a bain-marie
- Combine sugar, eggs and orange zest in a separate bowl
- Whip well until we have obtained a light and fluffy mixture
- Combine the sifted flour and the Amarelli Licorice Powder
- Allow the chocolate to cool
- Combine the chocolate with the eggs and sugar, gently mixing from bottom to top
- Prepare the cups by buttering them and sprinkling them with cocoa and licorice powder previously prepared
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for a maximum of 8 minutes
- Mix the Licorice Powder with the cocoa powder for the final decoration
