1 pork shank
1 pinch of Amarelli liquorice salt
1 cup of Amarelli liquorice Beer
1 sprig rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 knob of butter
1 wire of extra virgin olive oil
put the shank in a saucepan with the butter, oil, liquorice salt and aromas.
sauté well on medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
Once golden brown pour beer, stirring occasionally and taking indoor.
Finish cooking uncovered for another half hour , turning and basting occasionally with the sauce (which in the meantime will thicken), always a slow fire.
Serve hot with rosemary potatoes
