TIME OF SHIPMENT
In the product sheets and in the cart you will find always indicated the date of shipment of the order. We are committed to ship the same day all paid orders received before 12:00 on weekdays.
The shipping time depends on the method of payment.
Faster methods are the following:
in case of payment by bank transfer in advance will ship when we receive confirmation of accreditation in the bank (usually 1 or 2 days).
If paying with Paypal can happen to require a review of the payment that can last up to 24 hours. In this case the order will be shipped in the same moment of confirmation of payment by Paypal. Anyway you will receive an email confirmation. So it will happen as for the delivery of the package to the carrier with an indication of the link to follow the shipment directly on the website of the courier.
METHOD AND TIME OF DELIVERY
Customer satisfaction as regards the product and service is very important for Amarelli. For this reason we try to be fast and reliable in processing and delivery of the order as soon as possible. The modification of the delivery will be possible until the time of preparation of the order which will be notified via email. Subsequently we will not be able to change the shipping address as long as there will be the first delivery attempt.
Upon delivery of the package to the courier we inform the customer about the name of the carrier and the tracking number needed to track the shipment.
The product delivery is always on the roadside.
Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days; the same days will be subject to change due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority. Standard Delivery will take place during the following hours: from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
The acceptance of the package requires the recipient’s signature. It is essential therefore that the delivery address provided by the customer is always manned by someone who can accept the package on his own.
If the carrier does not find anyone, he attempts delivery to the same address for 2 more times in the following days. After the third attempt to deliver the package will automatically return at our warehouse
The order travels with boxes appropriately closed through personalized ribbon. We do NOT use other sealing materials. Once you receive the parcel from the courier it is necessary to check:
- That the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the shipping note or in the transport document DDT;
- That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered;
- That it has not been used sealing materials other than the personalized ribbon of Amarelli shop.
You can not check the contents of the package until the shipment is accepted. The delivery company will respond only the outward appearance of the package and the number of packages, not its content. Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages should be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the word “withdrawal conditional for damaged package” or “withdrawal conditional by parcel open” or “withdrawal conditional for missing packages “on the appropriate tab of delivery courier. It is also required to send an email to email@example.com specifying the type of fault found.Once signed the document courier the customer will no longer possible make any objection about the appearance of what delivered. Despite the packaging intact, please check the contents of the package immediately to check the correspondence between what was ordered and what was delivered. Any damage, faults or hidden defects must be reported within a maximum period of eight days by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
